Luxury Listings Spain was born out of a clear necessity identified by a Belgian investment company and a group of discerning investors. They encountered a fragmented and unreliable real estate landscape in Southern Spain, one dominated by contradictory information, speculative intermediaries, and a lack of professional guidance.

To address this gap, the company partnered with De Rijkste Belgen and Les Fortunes Belges, and appointed me, Serge Verleyen, as CEO with a singular mandate: to deliver butler-level service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

 

Our mission is to guide them through acquisitions with accuracy, discretion, and the sophistication they rightfully expect.
