On 26 February, The Inner Circle will host a closed private forum at Hotel La Réserve in Knokke, dedicated to this theme, with a focus on Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Italy and Switzerland — countries that are increasingly considered in international relocation and structuring strategies.

Wim Ritz, renowned specialist in international structuring in Luxembourg

The panel will consist exclusively of experienced practitioners who live and work in these jurisdictions. Among the speakers is Wim Ritz, a Belgian lawyer and one of the most renowned specialists in international structuring in Luxembourg, who will share insights from his long-standing practice and deep local anchoring. 

Carole Hofmann, Swiss family Office

Also joining the panel is Carole Hofmann, owner of a Swiss family office, where she advises families on relocation, tax residence, governance and cross-border wealth structuring. Her background as a former partner at Glencore provides a strong international reference, combined with a clear focus on family office matters.

In addition, other panel members will share practical experience on how relocation translates into daily life, family structures, and legal and tax considerations, always positioned in comparison with the Belgian context.

Participants will have the opportunity to submit concrete questions and real-life situations in a discreet and confidential setting.
